PL226 - Civil Litigation I

This course is an introductory survey of the pre-litigation, litigation process, jurisdiction, venue, service process and the tools used in trial advocacy. This course will include the preparing of pleadings, discovery tools and responses, learning about the trial process and preparing opening and closing arguments. (100 Hours)

Prerequisite: PL135
