PL256 - Family Law I

This course covers the completion of judicial council forms attendant to dissolution, and other related family law forms. Marital status, community property, support, custody, and visitation issues are also studied. This course also covers the jurisdictional requirements for filing various family law matters; introduction to family law discovery; and pre-judgment and post-judgment family law issues. (100 Hours)

Prerequisite: PL135
