PL305 - Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning

This course is the study of the laws of testamentary distribution, intestate succession, and the probate process. Emphasis will be placed on the drafting of testamentary documents, including wills, trusts, living wills, power of attorney physician directives and pre-death transfers. The course will also include the probate process, estate administration and federal and state tax concerns. (100 Hours)
