PL345 - Civil Litigation II

This course continues with an in-depth discussion of California Civil Litigation. This course will also cover pre-trial and post-trial motions, attachment and injunctive relief. Students will be able to create a “Trial Notebook”, in order to properly prepare for and assist in the conduct of court and jury trials. Students will understand the use and methods used to close and store client files. (100 Hours)
