PL350 - Laws of Evidence

The course is designed as an introductory level evidence course. Topics covered will be all common evidence types and proceedings including hearsay and privilege. Several chapters are devoted to constitutional issues that are essential to the collection of admissible evidence. (100 Hours)

Prerequisite: PL135, PL226
