PL405 - Research and Writing II

This course will be a continuation of Legal Research and Writing I in which students will expand their research to include administrative materials, legislative history, and other similar sources. Emphasis will also be placed on more advanced analysis and legal reasoning. The course will culminate in a research paper and writing project. (100 Hours)

Prerequisite: PL135, PL155, PL206
