BLM400 – Theories, Practices, and Ethics of Leadership

This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of leadership as a phenomenon and its impact on the organizational behavior of individuals. Major theories of leadership will be examined and leadership will be integrated into the various internal and external organizational situational factors. An emphasis will be placed upon developing a personal, ethical leadership style that is applicable in the daily operations of today’s organizations.
