DMS211-213 –Abdomen & Superficial Structures
Upon completion of this course, sonography students will have learned interpretation of abnormal anatomy, identification and interpretation of pathological conditions affecting the abdominal organs and small parts. Includes role of differential diagnosis in ultrasound examinations. Emphasis will be placed on recognition of normal anatomy of abdominal organs and small parts. This course will also include instruction focusing upon the recognition of pathological conditions of the abdominal organs and small parts.
