MA201 - Laboratory Procedures

Specimen collection and handling, venipuncture, capillary puncture, diagnostic testing, and laboratory testing procedures of common office laboratory examinations are demonstrated and practiced. Quality assurance and safety guidelines are stressed. Students will practice vital signs, venipunctures and injections. Students will develop typing and 10-key skills along with word processing skills. (100 hours)
