Platt College’s School of Medical Sciences is pleased to announce that its Alhambra, Ontario, Anaheim and Riverside campuses have received initial American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) accreditation for its Veterinary Technology Associate’s degree program.

Platt College’s Veterinary Technology Associate Degree Distance Education program is currently considered an extension of our on-campus program which has AVMA accreditation. With AVMA accreditation graduates will be eligible to sit for the Veterinary Technology National Examination (VTNE).

AVMA accreditation is widely recognized as the gold-standard of accreditation for veterinary technology programs, and Platt College is proud to be amongst that elite group.
